2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before completion:
- You will be charged only for the work completed up to the cancellation request.
- If no work has been started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- If work has partially begun (e.g., outreach or content writing), a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed tasks.

4. Monthly & Retainer Services

- A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds are provided for partially used service periods.
- For prepaid plans, any unused portion may be reviewed for a partial refund, depending on work already completed.
